Contact UsThe coastal plan is currently in proposed form. One issue remains to be resolved before the plan can be made operative. The issue relates to a visual easement from the Cook Landing Site to Te Kuri A Paoa - Young Nick's Head. Once resolved, the plan can be referred to the Minister of Conservation for approval and then be made operative by council.
