District Plan provisions operative

Council has completed several plan changes to the Combined Regional Land and District Plan.

Plan Change 38 Financial Contributions – Stage 1),

Plan Change 42 Infrastructure Standards – Stage 1),

Plan Change 44 Taruheru Block Structure Plan Amendment and

Private Plan Change 5 Scarlys Way

will become operative and have full effect from 23 January 2012.
