If your request is urgent please phone us on 867 2049 or 0800 653 800 - 24 hours 7 days a week.

Requests are responded to during normal business hours.  Your eFix will be entered as a 'Request for Service' (RfS) and referred to the appropriate staff member or contractor. 

We can keep you up-to-date with your request if you wish.  To help us enter the correct information for the contractor, please tell us all the details about the problem and exactly where it is.
