Payments may be made by credit card. An additional surcharge fee of 1.9% or minimum $3 applies to each transaction.

Dog Registrations – to align to the Dog Control Act, a 25% late penalty for all dog registrations that are paid after 31 July 2017 will apply.  This change allowed us to reduce the standard charge for all dog registrations that are paid before 31 July 2017.

Dog Registrations - to align to the "Selected Dog Owner" policy stating that if the annual registration fee for selected dog owners is not paid by 31 July 2017, that the owner will then revert back to a standard owner rate plus a penalty for late payment.  The penalty rate for these owners reflect this.

Fees and charges for business units are based on sound commercial practice or cost recovery basis and are subject to change, these may be updated at anytime during the year to meet changing market conditions.
