Floodway maps updated

District Plan floodway maps updated for King Road, Ruth Street and Valley Road

Further submissions on proposed plan change 40 Clause 7 of the first schedule Resource Management Act 1991 can
now be made in writing to the Gisborne District Council.

Proposed plan change 40 would amend 3 District Plan “c series” maps u43c, u45c and r90c. This will align the ‘F1 River
and Floodway’ and ‘F9 Urban Floodway’ overlays in King Road (Makauri), Ruth Street and Valley Road (Gisborne City)
with the actual physical land drains in each area.
