Gisborne district valuation roll

The valuation roll for Gisborne District Council has been revised by Landmass Technology Ltd (as Council’s rating valuation service provider).

The revised values are as at 1 July 2011. The valuation roll is available for public inspection until 5pm Tuesday 31 January 2012 at Council’s customer service centres at:

• 15 Fitzherbert Street, Gisborne
• Te Puia Springs, Waiapu Road, Te Puia
• and on our website

All ratepayers and owners will be posted notice of their property’s revised values from 16 December 2011.

Objection forms and information are available on our website or from customer service at Fitzherbert Street and Te Puia Springs.

Objections to the revised valuations must be lodged in writing before 5pm 31 January 2012.
