Grey Street

Temporary closure on 24 February 8am-3pm

Grey Street between Childers Road and Kahutia Street will be closed to vehicles from 8am to 3pm on Friday 24 February 2012.  This is to allow the Gisborne Speedway Club to carry out vehicle checking for the North Island Stock Car Championship. During the closure, no vehicles will be able to use the road.

It will be an offence under the regulations for anyone, other than those covered by the permit for the above event, to use the road while it is closed.

This notice is issued under the Local Government Act 1974 Section 342 and the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965.
