Harper Road

Submission on proposal to close Harper Road

It is proposed to temporarily close Harper Road between its intersections with Tucker Road and Back Ormond Road from 8am to 8pm on Sunday 24 October 2010 for the Gisborne Wine and Food Festival.  During the closure, no vehicles will be able to use the road.

Any person objecting to this proposal can make their objection in writing stating the reasons why. This must be received by Council before 4pm Friday 9 July 2010.

This notice is issued under the Local Government Act 1974 Section 342 and the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965.
