Business planning is the process of translating and refining a vision into a profitable business. This workshop will give tourism operators the practical tools and techniques to develop effective and achievable goals and business plans to ensure business success.

•           Setting goals for success in your tourism business
•           The SWOT analysis and audit of the business environment
•           Identifying your competitive strategy
•           Identifying your growth strategy
•           Action planning for implementation success

Coaching:  After attending a workshop you may qualify for one-on-one follow-up coaching. This will help you implement the skills, ideas and knowledge gained in the group training.

Price: workshops and coaching are fully funded by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise for owners and operators of small to medium enterprises employing less than 50 staff.  Attendees are required to register with the programme and have a business assessment.
