Kaiaua charity beach races

Kaiaua Beach Road (from the bridge down by the beach) will be closed to vehicles between 9am - 3pm on Monday 26 December 2011 for the beach races.

It will be an offence under the regulations below for anyone other than those authorised to use the road while it is closed.

This notice is issued under the Local Government Act 1974 Section 342 and the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965.
