New licence applications

On Licence - premises - restaurant, cafe, tavern, hotel, bar, wine bar, night club

On Licence - conveyance - boat, train, aircraft and bus

Off Licence - premise - supermarket, grocery store, bottle shop, catering off-licence premises  

Club Licence - all types of clubs

Liquor Premises Compliance Certificate (LPCC) application information - a LPPC must be applied for before a liquor licence application is made, especially if the premises has never held a liquor licence, or a variation to an existing liquor licence is sought.

Renewal Licence - for On Licence, Off Licence or Club Licence

Special Licence

Special Licence - premises - use this form for an event such as selling or supplying liquor at a quiz night

Special Licence - conveyance - for a bus, boat, train, aircraft

 

Managers Certificate

Application for Managers Certificate - for general or club managers certificate

Renewal of Managers Certificate - renewal of general or club managers certificate

Notice of Management Change - to notify us of any changes to staff who hold managers certificates such as temporary or acting managers, new or departing staff. 

 

Temporary Authority

Application for Temporary Authority- If you purchase an existing licensed business, you must apply for temporary authority to operate legally until your own licence has been approved.  This needs to be filled in at least 10 working days before you take-over.
