Longbush ecosanctuary report

The Longbush Ecosanctuary project is the largest area (110 ha) in our district intensively managed for the preservation and restoration of rare and endangered species of indigenous plants and animals.

Landcare Research prepared this report for Gisborne District Council.  To document past and present vascular flora and vegetation by landform of the Longbush Ecosanctuary and other primary forest remnants in the lower Waimata Valley.
