Long Term Plan 2015-2025 Tairāwhiti First
Gisborne District Council adopted its Long Term Plan 2015-2025 (LTP) on 25 June 2015.
Our long term plan - Tairāwhiti First is what you have told us you want and what legislation tells us we need to provide. It sets out what we plan to do over the next 10 years. Our plan is about balancing what's affordable for our district with what's sustainable.
The LTP was amended and adopted in November 2015. The amendment was required following a Council decision to transfer its municipal buildings to Gisborne Holdings Ltd (GHL).
Transferring control of this asset to GHL affects the content of the original LTP with changes highlighted in yellow.
