Managing a growing arts business

Building your arts practice into a successful small business can be exciting. But if the business growth is unmanaged, it can also be frightening. This workshop reunites the previous ArtsBiz workshop participants, and discusses ways of managing a growing arts business. From cashflow management, to dealing with increasing business contacts, selling internationally and coping with success, you will leave with a clear picture of where you could go in the growing arts scene and how to manage getting there.

Price: Fully funded by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (for small to medium sized enterprises). Participants are required to register with the Enterprise Training programme and have a Business Assessment.
