Managing performance and behaviour issues

Employees by and large perform and meet expectations.  However there are sometimes a few who may cause problems at work or appear to try and get away with as much as they can.  The question has to be, WHY?

At this course you will:

• gain strategies to deal with issues promptly
• learn how to be ruthless with standards, but gracious with people.

This practical seminar works through the process of making sure that the correct diagnosis is made in order to correct the 'less than acceptable standards.'
