Revised property valuations

The Rating Valuation Rolls for Gisborne District Council have been revised by Landmass Technology Ltd (as Council’s Rating Valuation service provider).

The revised values are as at 1 July 2011 and are available for public inspection until 5pm Tuesday 31 January 2012.

You can object to the rating valuation. For the objection form and information.

Objections to the revised valuations must be in writing, and received by Council before 5pm Tuesday 31 January 2012.
