Plan Change 48 - F9 urban flood hazard overlay

Council has decided to accept Plan Change 48 to the Combined Regional Land and District Plan.  Plan Change 48 is deemed amended.

Plan Change 48 proposed to change the status of structures in the F9 urban flood hazard overlay. The proposed changes would allow resource consent applications for the development of structures in the F9 overlay to be considered by Council. New buildings in the F9 overlay would remain prohibited.
