Abandoned land

Take notice after the expiry of one month from the date of publication of this notice The Gisborne District Council intends to exercise its powers under Section 77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 by seeking orders from the District Court at Gisborne declaring the following land to be abandoned land and authorising the Council to sell it or lease it:

• A property at 36 Tuparoa Road, Ruatoria

more particularly described as all that parcel of land containing 2023m² more or less being Manutahi B Block and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 97 Folio 8 (Gisborne Registry) registered proprietor – Koroua Ponga Hekera Chambers
