Closure of Gladstone Road from Peel Street to Bright Street

| Description: | Notice is hereby given that for the purpose of allowing the Wine & Food Festival Street Party, Gladstone Road between the intersections of Peel Street and Bright Street will be closed between 6am and 2pm on Saturday 24 October 2009.

Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974 Section 342 and the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965.
During the period of closure no provision will be made for vehicles which would otherwise use the road. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit, to use the road for vehicle traffic during the period of closure.
