Sports grounds remain closed

All city and Wainui sports grounds are closed for training and play until further notice.  A reassessment of all sports grounds will be made on Friday morning.   The sports fields include:

• Anzac Park
• Awapuni Sports Stadium
• Barry Park
• Childers Road Reserve
• Harry Barker Reserve
• Heath Johnston Park
• Nelson Park
• Oval
• Waikirikiri Reserve
• Wainui Reserve
• Watson Park
• Patutahi soccer field

"Ground Closed" means that no access is permitted onto the sports fields on that ground.  There can be no sports games, matches, practice or training.  This also includes other recreational activities such as running, walking your dog, hitting a golf ball etc.
