Taking your business to the next level

Many small businesses start with the skills, talent, passion and dreams of one person. But at some point, business owners must learn to let go of the reins and develop their business so that it can exist beyond just you. This workshop considers a plan for developing your business to the next level – where you can look at transiting out of the business, either by moving into the role of governance, or by selling it as a profitable entity. So, if you’ve moved beyond start up and not sure where to move next, this is the workshop for you.

Price: Fully funded by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (for small to medium sized enterprises). Participants are required to register with the Enterprise Training programme and have a Business Assessment.
