On 25 June 2009 Gisborne District Council adopted its Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) named Our Ten Year Plan for 2009 - 2019.
The Office of the Auditor General congratulated council on receiving an unqualified opinion.
We received 409 submissions of which 61 people spoke to council about their submission. Changes were made to the plan after community consultation and the hearing process. A 3.3% rates increase was accepted. Thank you to all the people who took their time to make a submission on our draft plan.
