If you are deaf, hard of hearing, have speech communication difficulties or deafblind, NZ Relay has easy to use services to help you phone us. This is a free service and is also available on mobile app NZ Relay

If you phone outside our business hours Monday to Friday  9am - 4pm our afterhours service provider will assist you.

We have online forms to make it easier to do business with us. We'll respond to online enquiries as soon as we can within our business hours.

Antenno app

Install Antenno on your phone to report issues on the go and get direct messages from us. Use Antenno to report things like potholes, vandalism to any public facility, illegal dumping or damaged footpath and more.

If you're using our GDC Fix app, you can delete it and use Antenno. Overtime we will be phasing out the GDC Fix app.

Our main administration municipal centre is Awarua, cnr of Fitzherbert Street and Ormond Road Gisborne, 15 Fitzherbert Street, Gisborne
Parking, including mobility parks, are available at the front of the building along Fitzherbert Street.

We have a service centre in Te Puia Springs, 4746 Waiapu Road, Te Puia Springs
