Commercial, industrial and rural domestic users are charged for the water they use. Current water charges and fees are available in our Fees and Charges schedule.
Invoice schedule for water rates
Water rates are invoiced monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or annually depending on your property and service.
Payment is due on the 20th of the month or by the date shown on the invoice.
A 10% penalty is applied to any unpaid water rates 5 working days after the due date.
