- Pinpoint the location using your phone's GPS, or add the address yourself.
- Add photos and details to help us locate and investigate the issue.
- Send reports anytime, day or night. We'll action them during business hours -
8am - 5pm weekdays, excluding public holidays. - For urgent issues such as animal control or noise happening now, call us 24/7 on 0800 653 800.
Once submitted your report will be saved under Your Reports in the app. If we need more information, we'll contact you using your preferred contact method.

Make sure you've added an address within the Tairāwhiti district.
You'll only see Council notifications that are relevant to the places you've added.
When we send a notification for one of your places, it'll appear in your Posts feed.
Antenno sends notifications based on the places and topics you care about, so you received updates that are relevant to you.
Our social media channels provide more general Council news and updates.
Antenno uses Google Maps for its address information, so newly created addresses may not appear until they're available in Google Maps.
If you can't find your exact address, try adding the nearest available address, ore search for your area, township or street instead.
No.
Antenno doesn't track your location. It uses the addresses you've added as your places to send you relevant notifications.
When you use Report it, you can choose to use your phone's GPS to pinpoint the location of the issue you're reporting.
Yes.
In posts, tap Options to choose which topics you want to receive notifications about for each of your places.
Yes. Tap Share on any notification to share it with others.
Antenno needs mobile data or WiFi to receive notifications.
If you're offline or don't have mobile coverage, you'll receive our notifications once you're connected again.
Yes.
Go to Place to see which topics you've turned off.
Tap Posts turned off, choose the topics you want to receive again, then save your changes.

Antenno doesn't collect personal information when you use the app to receive notifications.
If you report an issue, you'll be asked for your name and phone number. Providing your email address is optional
Your contact details are only stored by Antenno for the time it takes to successfully submit your report to us. They are then removed from Antenno's servers.
