Council proposes to grant 3 land only leases to Musical Theatre Gisborne Incorporated, Gisborne Harriers Incorporated and Surf City Rod and Custom Club Incorporated for part Lot 1 DP 42062 (101, 91 and 103 Innes Street Gisborne).
The proposed leases are for a maximum term of 10 years (including Right of Renewal).
