The Valuation Rolls for Gisborne District Council have been revised by Lewis Wright, Council’s Rating Valuation Service Provider.
The revised values are as at 1 August 2023 and will be available for public inspection and free of charge until Wednesday 31 January 2024 during office hours at customer service in Fitzherbert Street and Te Puia Springs. Ratepayers/owners will be posted notice of the revised values from 8 December 2023.
Any objection to the revised valuations must be made in writing to Council, no later than 31 January 2024.
